About Me

Professionally qualified in art and textiles from Apeejay Institute Of Design India, I started as a consultant designer in an export house and designed for brands like JC Penney, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters etc. However I had an underlying passion for designing high end garments for women be it traditional or western.

Intertwining of art, textiles and garments happened quite by chance, it started with designing for close friends and family and the process of learning at each step began there on.

In 2005 with my label NAMAH , I started participating in exhibitions , formed domestic and international clientele, which gave me further encouragement of expansion and I plunged into whole selling as well . There has been no looking back since then. My passion for colors and vibrant nature is clearly visible in my work. It helps me play with my creative side and meet new people each day.
